Include the public Hiighlight ID, edition date or page URL, the source URL, what happened, and the outcome you are asking for. For copyright requests, explain your relationship to the original work. For attribution corrections, provide the accurate credit and a reliable source. For illegal content, identify the exact location, explain why it is illegal, provide your name and contact address, and include a good-faith statement that the notice is accurate and complete.
A disputed entry may be hidden during review. Hiighlights does not require sensitive identity documents through ordinary email. If proportionate verification is needed, the reply will explain why and how to provide it more safely.
A reporter or affected submitter may reply to the decision email and ask for human review, explaining what should be reconsidered. This practical review path does not limit any right to seek another remedy under applicable law.
